Shipping Policy

Studio Processing Time All DSY Studios pieces are hand-finished with care. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days once shipped.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. DSY Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DSY Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, DSY Studios is no longer responsible for the item. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If you believe your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
