Refund policy

We want you to love your DSY Studios pieces! If you aren't feeling it, we accept returns on non-custom items under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If the item is returned used or damaged, a refund will not be issued.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. DSY Studios does not provide return labels. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus original shipping costs if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.
